1. How do I apply the stickers?
You can find detailed step-by-step application instructions on our website. Please read them carefully before starting — especially the section about application film, if your sticker set requires it.
- Application film is used when stickers need to be transferred to your scooter exactly as they appear on the sheet. It allows you to apply the design neatly in one go.
- Once your stickers are applied, we’d love to see a photo of the result — we’re always curious about our customers’ creations!
2. Can I remove the stickers later?
Yes! To remove your stickers safely:
- Use a hair dryer to gently warm the adhesive.
- Carefully peel the sticker off the surface.
This helps prevent any damage to your scooter’s paint or fairings.

- Most of our sticker sets are in stock and ready to ship immediately. Some custom sets are made on demand, so production takes a little longer.
- Your package usually arrives within 1–2 weeks. On average, most orders are delivered within one week.
- Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to:

Weather conditions, such as snow or storms
- We always do our best to get your stickers to you as quickly as possible. Stay in touch with us if your order seems delayed — we will make sure it arrives safely.
4. What if I ordered the wrong color?
- If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong color, we will replace it free of charge once the original set is returned.
- If you chose a color but it appears slightly different in reality due to screen-to-print variations (RGB vs. CMYK), this is not considered a mistake and cannot be replaced.
5. Are the stickers waterproof and weather-resistant?
Yes! Our stickers are made from high-quality mono/polymer materials designed to withstand rain, sun, and regular scooter use. They are durable and long-lasting.
6. The sticker color looks different than in the photo — is that okay?
Yes! Colors may appear slightly different due to:
- Screen display (RGB) versus printed stickers (CMYK)
- Lighting when photos are taken
- Slight production variations
These small differences are normal and do not qualify for a replacement.
Exceptions:
- If you receive a completely different color than you ordered (e.g., you ordered green but received red), this is a mistake on our end and we will replace it free of charge.
- If the color is slightly lighter or darker than expected (a minor variation of the same color), this is not considered a mistake and cannot be replaced.
7. Can I cancel my order?
- Orders cannot be canceled after they are sent to our supplier, because each sticker set is custom-made.
- If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may be able to stop production.
8. Can I return my order?
- Custom sticker sets are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
- Non-custom products (e.g., electronics like heated grips or LED lights) can be returned within 14 days after receipt, unused and in original condition.
10. Do I need extra tools to apply the stickers?
We provide a minimum amount of application film with each sticker set to allow for easy application. If you want extra peace of mind, we also offer an application kit that includes additional film and a squeegee for optimal results. For very large stickers or areas with curves, using a hair dryer can help make the sticker more flexible and easier to apply.
