High-Quality Stickers – Quality and Responsibility

At EFP Graphics, we provide our customers with high-quality mono/polymer stickers. Our stickers are carefully designed, pre-cut, and delivered with a transfer card for easy application. Any additional costs, such as customs fees for international shipping or other unforeseen charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

Sticker Application and Responsibility

We provide detailed application instructions on our website so you know exactly how and where to apply your stickers. Proper application is the customer’s responsibility. If stickers are applied incorrectly due to lack of knowledge or improper use, the fault does not lie with us. Our goal is to provide the best scooter stickers, and we ensure all necessary information for a successful application is available online.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most sticker sets are in stock, while some are made on demand. Typically, your package arrives within 1–2 weeks.

Delivery times can sometimes be longer due to:

  • Production delays at our supplier

  • High volume periods at carriers

  • Weather conditions (e.g., snow or storms)

We always do our best to deliver your stickers as soon as possible. On average, most orders are delivered within one week, but in rare cases it can take 1–2 weeks. Please stay in touch with us if your package is delayed; we will ensure it reaches you safely.

Delays or errors caused by the carrier are outside our direct responsibility, unless insured shipping has been selected.

Color Selection and Liability

When placing an order, the color you choose is final. We are not responsible for incorrect color choices made by the customer.

  • If we ship the wrong color due to our error (e.g., you ordered red but received blue), we will replace it free of charge, provided the incorrect set is returned first. The replacement will be sent after we receive the returned item.

  • If the color appears slightly lighter or darker than expected (e.g., your chosen blue is a bit darker or lighter than on screen), this is not considered a mistake. Screen colors (RGB) may differ slightly from printed colors (CMYK). These minimal variations are normal and do not qualify for replacement or refund.

The color selected in the product variant options always takes precedence. Not every color option may be linked to a specific product image. If the photo shows a slightly different color than your selection, rest assured your order will be produced in the color you chose.

Once the stickers have been produced and shipped, our obligations are fulfilled, and responsibility passes to the customer. Since all sticker sets are made on demand and cannot be resold to other customers, they cannot be exchanged or returned due to incorrect color selection or personal preference.

Insured Shipping

Customers may choose insured shipping. If a package is lost during insured shipping by a third party (e.g., PostNL), we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

  • If the carrier confirms that the package cannot be found, we will send a replacement order free of charge, provided the shipping information provided is correct.

  • In such cases, we may ask the customer to confirm the shipping address again.

Errors on Our Part

If a verifiable error is entirely our fault, such as:

  • Delivery of the wrong color (e.g., red delivered instead of blue)

  • Missing items that should have been included

We will resolve it free of charge, either by sending the missing items or producing and shipping a correct replacement set.

Small variations in color intensity (lighter/darker) or differences between screen display (RGB) and print (CMYK) are not considered errors and do not qualify for replacement or refund.

Application Film and Kits

For orders without an application kit, we provide a minimal amount of application film, sufficient for careful application. Some sticker sets do not require application film.

If no application kit is ordered and the customer feels the supplied film is insufficient, this is the customer’s responsibility. We offer an application kit with extra film and a squeegee for optimal results.

Product Images, Quantities, and 3D Renders

Product images are for illustration purposes only.

  • Not every color variant is linked to a specific product image.

  • 3D renders may show slight variations (max ~5%) from reality.

The variant option selected on the product page always determines the order.

For products like rim stickers:

  • Ordering 1 set delivers 1 set of that design

  • Ordering 2 sets delivers 2 sets

Sample images may show multiple uses but do not guarantee quantity. The order contents are determined by the selected options and quantities.

The fit of the stickers is always 100% tailored to the specific model, even if a 3D render looks slightly more ideal than reality.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Orders are sent directly to our supplier, who produces the sticker set on demand according to your specifications. Costs are incurred immediately, and production cannot be reversed.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you take possession of the product.

The date of receipt is considered the delivery date confirmed by the carrier (e.g., PostNL), including delivery to neighbors or collection points.

Exception: Custom Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

  • Are made according to customer specifications

  • Are not prefabricated

  • Are clearly personalized

This includes all our sticker sets and fairings, made specifically on request according to the customer’s choices.

These products cannot be returned or exchanged, even if:

  • The wrong color was chosen

  • The color does not match expectations

  • The order is no longer wanted

This complies with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

Non-Custom Products (Electronics)

Products that are not custom-made, such as electronics (e.g., heated grips or LED lighting), are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal.

  • Products must be unused, complete, and in original packaging, if reasonably possible.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Depreciation

If the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we reserve the right to charge for depreciation.

Refund

After a correct withdrawal and receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.

We may delay the refund until the product is received or proof of shipment is provided.

Exclusions

Used, damaged, or incomplete products may be partially or fully rejected.
Custom products are always excluded from returns.
