LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
efpgraphics is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order and correct it for you at no additional cost.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs charges may be applied upon arrival in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time is 10–15 days.
This does not include our processing time of 1–3 days.
All shipping times exclude delays caused by customs clearance.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. In some cases, tracking may not be available due to free shipping.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some carriers, it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
